Snoqualmie Valley Little League (SVLL) was established in 1958. The league serves the Snoqualmie Valley, including North Bend and parts of Snoqualmie. SVLL continues to grow and is now the home for more than 400 boys and girls playing baseball and softball between the ages of 5-14.
SVLL is a volunteer-based league. We appreciate our SVLL parents and families who graciously donate their time and energy to help make our league successful and who have provided a positive baseball and softball experience to our children.
Snoqualmie Valley Little League is part of Washington District 9 and operates under the National Little League rules and guidelines. SVLL has made only slight modifications to some of the playing rules in an attempt to enhance the playing experience for our children.
The following is an excerpt from the National Little League organization:
"Little League Baseball and Softball is a program of service to youth. It is geared to provide an outlet of healthful activity and training under good leadership in the atmosphere of wholesome community participation. The movement is dedicated to helping children become good and decent citizens. It strives to inspire them with a goal and to enrich their lives toward the day when they must take their places in the world. It establishes for them rudiments of teamwork and fair play."
